I've logged in this morning to sit a practice assessment. The login page states there is a known technical issue with the Surpass Viewer. I may well be one of those affected as this is the screen I have when accessing the assessment
I've emailed viewer@aat.org.uk for the temporary fix as advised on the log-in page, but the email received does not seem to cover the fix and is more generic information about the viewer. I've tried re-downloading the surpass viewer, but this is not working.
Does anybody know what the fix is to get the viewer working please?
