Professional Clearance - Auto Enrolment?

Hi all

I am updating my professional clearance letters and I am wondering what to include in my payroll template for auto enrolment. Should I be asking for details of any assessments already completed? Enrolments and contributions to date? Or should I be requesting this from the pension provider? Is there anything else you can think of?
