I have a query which has stumped me a little! I am looking for advice of where to find a reliable source to advise my client. How long does bankruptcy appear on your credit history?
What effects would this have on setting up a new business, either self employed or LTD?
Can you become a Director of a Limited Company?
If the client looks to rent premises, could the bankruptcy been seen as a deterrent?
