PTax AQ2013 Loan Rules

Hi All
I am struggling to remember which loans are taxable and exempt.
Loans of up to £10,000 with interest of ORI and below.
Loans written off.
Loans of over £10,000 below the ORI
Loans of over £10,000 over the ORI.

Any help appreciated thanks.
