I'm in the process of doing bookkeeping for a one Director Company. The previous Bookkeeper is no where to be found but I do have YE 14 Statement of Accounts, but no access to details of items accrued etc.
My intention is to put all the balance sheet figures into the YE 15 opening balances using Sage.
The only one I'm not sure about is the Called up Share Capital of £100 which is fully paid YE 14.
My question is, will the Share Capital be called up again in 2015 or do I just carry forward YE 14 £100 and leave it there.
ps do I use the O/B facility or journals for O/Bal. Thanks...
